Responsibilities:

  • Managing internal knowledge database, and take lead for Greater China implementation and alignment;
  • Interpreting, summarizing and writing external and internal technical guideline documents (mainly physical- and mechanical-related);
  • Take lead for internal inter-labs test comparison (mechanical & electrical) including planning, coordinating, result analysis and managing follow-up actions;
  • Provide internal & external consultation services to key clients, customer services and sales teams;
  • Provide technical support/ services to new client programs development;
  • As the speakers for external seminars;
  • Regular travel to office in Mainland China is needed
  • Writing technical statements/ reports

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Physical, Mechanical, Electrical, or other relevant disciplines;
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in testing or QA for Toys industry
  • In-depth knowledge (mechanical- & electrical-related) of EU, Germany, US, Canada and Australia regulatory and market requirements (including practical implementation) for toys; knowledge of other markets (e.g. GB standards) and outside mechanical & electrical areas are preferable;
  • Effective team player with very good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good at establishing and managing documents and knowledge database;
  • Demonstrated ability in technical project management, customer support and complaints handling;
  • Good written and spoken English and Mandarin
