Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the team and ensure day to day duties are well performed in accordance with schedule and standard
  • Review the work flow and process for improving the work efficiency 
  • Develop effective and efficient route setting for the merchandisers by district
  • Provide coaching and support to team members in terms of communication and general performance
  • Lead team members to keep inventory control on all promotional materials at accurate and precise period
  • Monitor the team to maintain data accuracy and keep good track of the record

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing or relevant disciplines
  • 6 years relevant experience in key chain or FMCG industry, with 3 years at supervisory level
  • Familiar with key account operations
  • Good communication skills to different level (including both internal & external parties)
  • Sensitive to numbers and able to present the meaning logically
  • Understand the market trend in merchandising scope
  • Proficient in computer skills in Microsoft suite
  • Able to work under pressure and under tight time-line
  • Willing to work outside when needed
