Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing training strategy and action plan, implementing appropriate training and development initiatives to support the business growth
  • Identify training needs derived from management direction, business objective and frontline managers’ operational requirement
  • Design and Deliver training programs to equip our staff to obtain Qualifications Framework - recognized qualifications
  • Liaise with external training vendors to ensure appropriate training programs are designed and delivered in an effective and timely manner 
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs by collecting and analyzing training results and feedback, market trends and business needs
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management / Training & Development or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience with at least 2 years in managerial capacity
  • preferably with exposure in training and development in a sizable company
  • Passionate on talent development
  • Strong planning and organizing ability
  • Proactive, energetic, good presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate available will be an advantage
