This position reporting directly to CEO. This role will be responsible for whole frontline training & development activities for Mi Ming Mart.


Duties and responsibilities

- Work closely with CEO and Operation’s management to develop and conduct training program to frontline staff

- Deliver Company philosophy, customer services skills and selling technique to frontline staff.

- Develop and conduct training programs to frontline staff to achieve company goals.

- Analyze mystery shopper program results & customer comments, provide feedback to relevant parties and plan initial action to improve or reinforce frontline’s selling skills.

- Assist in other adc-hoc project if necessary.


Job Requirements:

- Degree or Diploma in Business, HR or Training discipline

- Hands on training experience in beauty, skincare, luxury or fashion industry is an advantage

- Strong organizational & time management skills

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills with good presentation skills

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail industry with at least 2 years of training experience

- People-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with people at all leave within an organization
