Responsibilities:

  • Drive digital service innovation and the development of new digital channels
  • Improve digital channel usage including customer experience enhancements
  • Work with stakeholders including business units, IT and product development teams to deliver new digital services and marketing campaigns
  • Manage digital banking projects including preparation of business proposal, project plan and user requirements. Monitor project life cycle to ensure on-time completion and target met
  • Ensure that the digital business/ services are in compliance with related rules, regulations and ordinances
  • Perform market research and competitor analysis

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information System, E-Commerce or related discipline
  • Minimum 7-year working experience in digital channel
  • Business and customer oriented
  • Strong project management, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good team player, self-motivated with problem solving skills
  • Good understanding of the latest trend of fintech development and related regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge/ experience in investment, credit card and card/ personal loan products is an advantage
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
