The incumbent will be responsible for marketing and promotion of products and services related to Smart Living in consumer market.  Major job duties include:

  • Formulate marketing strategy for the assigned product lines to grow brand awareness and achieve business target
  • Lead a team to develop marketing programs from planning to execution, which includes operation logistic, pricing strategies, preparing sales materials, advertising and communication tools from concept to implementation
  • Recruit, manage and work closely with a series of renowned partners and potential partners to meet business target and ensure the marketing programs and new initiatives run smoothly
  • Work closely with cross function teams to develop and execute new products go-to-market plan
  • Ensure marketing messages are synchronized across different business units and monitor all marketing campaigns to ensure communications are streamlined and aligned
  • Collect market intelligence, conduct media evaluations and provide analyses/insights to facilitate development of marketing strategy and project assessments
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, maximize the ROI of the marketing activities


Job Requirement:

  • University graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years working experience in Consumer Marketing
  • Experience in marketing consumer electronics products, property development or interior design industries will be an advantage
  • Knowledge or interest in smart home and smart gadgets
  • Tech-savvy
  • Proven project management skill from planning to detailed execution
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, organized, presentable  and independent
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
