Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Head of Visual Merchandising to develop, plan & implement creative seasonal look and to develop visual product presentation directions for all stores and LaneCrawford.com
  • To create visual product presentation guidelines by brand and category, inclusive of recommend visual tools and provide training for store VM and Online 
  • Responsible for day-to-day merchandise presentation on store level, in keeping with store & brands image
  • To demonstrate awareness of current on line and marketing campaigns, new product launches and promotions
  • To assist in the coordination and implementation of store changes to accommodate events and marketing activities
  • To support the development of a calendar with advanced planning that contributes to the company business objectives 
  • To ensure that budgets are met according to each item or project assigned and that all paperwork, invoices and quotations are handled with accuracy and correct process, in a organized manner, and to ensure that all parties are briefed and timeline are met. 

 Requirements:  

  • Min. Diploma in Visual Merchandising, Art, Design or related disciplines
  • 5 years' experience in visual merchandising for international brands
  • Strong track record in conceptualizing and developing visual merchandising guidelines
  • Creative with strong fashion sense, with interests and knowledge in fashion styling and color trends 
  • Possess a strong creative mindset and have basic knowledge of graphic techniques
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive and plays well as a manager
