Assistant Web Design Manager / Web Design Manager $32k

Our client is urgently looking for a Web Design Manager / Assistant Web Design Manager

Responsibilities:

• Deliver creative digital designs for the promotion in Web, mobile site, app,  online media and etc.
• Research design, data collection, statistical analysis and competitor analysis
• Self-sufficient designer who can generate idea, translate business objectives and consider user needs into contemporary visuals across multiple devices
• Participate in the execution and oversee work performed by the team and perform resource planning
• Recommend enhancements for product based on customer analysis and satisfaction from planning through execution
• Lead the team to complete the task and achieve the goal
• Support and coordinate with Marketing team and other teammates to meet business requirements

Requirements:

• 5+ years web-based information architecture with a focus on website, mobile and eCommerce
• 1 - 2 years experience in team management
• Solid knowledge of typography, layout, color sense and the latest design tools
• Excellent communication skills and attentive to details
• Self motivated, able to work independently under tight deadline
• Proven track record (with portfolio) for designing compelling experiences
• Awareness and passion in emerging digital trends

Special Skills:

• Proficiency in Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Knowledge of  JQuery, HTML5 and CSS3 is a plus
