Job Description:
Perform data entry
Maintain agent filling
Retrieve document from warehouse for data deletion
Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by manager in order to meet business requirements.
Process agents’ contracting and maintain proper licensing record.
Perform data entry; ensure completeness of documentations received, and arrange delivery of applications to HKFI within the next working day upon full application received.
Maintain agent record filing as well as prepare/review relevant letters to agent.
Conduct UAT for the IA e-Registration system5.Handle enquiries from internal departments.
Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by manager in order to meet business requirements.

Requirement:
Proficient in MS Office-Attentive to details
Good time management, interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of Mandarin is preferable
