Role and Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • In charge of leave applications and leave record
  • Generate staff attendance records
  • Issue staff access cards
  • Provide HR support to HR team

Administration:

  • Order and control inventory of office supplies & stationeries
  • Monitor and process petty cash expenses
  • Support general reception duties when necessary
  • Handle the registration of car licences and arrangement of car insurance
  • Organize staff activities
  • Assist in general routine administrative duties such as preparing and filling of daily reports, arrange maintenance of office machineries, etc.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Qualifications and Required Attributes

  • A recognized degree in human resources management or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Proactive team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work within tight deadlines
  • No working experience will also be considered
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
