Associate Director of Human Resources / Senior Human Resources Manager 
Human Resources Office

The Human Resources Office is looking for a mature and dynamic human resources professional to lead the team members to provide human resources services to staff members of the University. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the appointee will be responsible for managing a wide variety of human resources functions in the areas of recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, staff communication and human resources information system. He/she will also be required to provide executive support to the human resources-related committees of the University, and engage in policy review and projects.

 

Requirements

Applicants should have a good University degree with substantial years of relevant working experience. The appointee should have excellent management, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, high proficiency in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua) and excellent computer skills, a strong sense of responsibility and initiative, the ability to multitask and work independently. A proven competency in committee secretaryship and hands-on experience in HRIS are essential. Previous working experience in the higher education sector will be a definite advantage.

 

Salary and Fringe Benefits
The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
