Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual marketing activation and plans to drive visitation from assigned market
  • Support the team in business reviews and collection of competitive updates
  • Work with Consumer Insights to develop consumer understanding or evaluate potentials to tap various consumer segments. Contributes ideas and support development and implementation of promotion based on the opportunities identified. Evaluate performance vs objectives and identify learning for future promotions
  • Run daily operations. Lead and drive the development implementation & evaluation of integrated communication plan with other marketing disciplines for assigned event (Events in charge to be reviewed on annual basis) and ensure marketing initiatives are fully integrated. Monitor and improve on an on-going basis
  • Establish partnership with other functions (Sales, Operations, Finance, Revenue Management Analytics etc.) and cross functional work teams to support the launch of various events and new initiatives in the year to maximize business potential
  • Responsible for budget forecast and control (for the events in charge) and on overall budget management

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of relevant marketing experience including 5 years with P&L management responsibility
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing or equivalent
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of the industry dynamic. Strong acumen in drawing a clear conclusion in a logical and systematic manner amidst ambiguity
  • Excellent leadership skill to form vision and drive business including aligning goals and moving projects towards goals with multifunctional teams
  • Results-driven, ability to motivate and promote teamwork in an effective manner
  • Strong analytical and quick problem solving skills
  • Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skill
  • Fluent in written & spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin
