Associate Project Manager (Ref: MAG-APM)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage digital product development and operation covering on-platform, advertising technology, and/or internal systems

  • Manage all phases of the project development to ensure on time project delivery, by working with other functional units to meet with projects’ needs

  • Work closely with different internal teams to manage smooth operation of digital content publishing and digital advertising

  • Collaborate with the advertising solution providers and programmatic partners for the implementation of new advertising products / services

  • Monitor and evaluate product and campaign performance 

  • Initiate and bring in new innovations to enhance product performance

  • Support daily digital operational tasks and response to enquiries regarding digital advertising technical issues


Job Requirements:

  • University graduate or equivalent in digital related discipline with minimum 5 years’ operation experience in digital/online advertising either at an agency, media, publisher or AD network

  • Knowledge of digital product development, website management and UX design

  • Proficient in computer operations especially for Google Suite, Google Analytics 360 and Google AD Manager 360 (DFP / AdExchange)

  • Experience in programmatic advertising is highly preferred

  • Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese

  • Self-motivated, high attention to detail with superior organization skills and ability to prioritize and focus

  • Knowledge on programming language, e.g. XML, HTML, HTML5, JS, JSP and PHP in an advantage with strong sense of responsibility and ownership of the work

  • Collaborative team player and strong initiative with exceptional communication and organizational skills

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
