THE COMPANY :
  • Professional accounting, auditing and corporate services provider 
  • Our services : accounting, auditing, advisory and consultancy services including but not limited to taxation, company secretary, internal control and pre-listing (IPO) procedures focus in HK listed and US listed companies 
  • Headquarters in Hong Kong with branch offices in New York and Shenzhen
  • We are looking for ASST AUDIT MANAGER  – with details as follows :
 
THE JOB :
  • Degree or above in Accounting or related disciplines;
  • Professional Qualification of CPA member is preferred;
  • 5-6 years of relevant working experience at sizable professional CPA firms;
  • Experience in auditing HK listed / US listed companies and experience in IPO engagements is highly prefer 
  • Good communications in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese);
  • Proficient in MS Office applications;
  • Occasionally travel is required.
  • Assist partner to managing a team of professionals to deliver audit and IPO advisory services to clients 
  • Provide support to partner to ensure effective and timely input to projects;
  • Develop and maintain effective business relationships with clients;
  • Work closely with other members and supervise the work of team member.
  • 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9am-6pm)
  • 13 months salary + performance bonus  
  • Office location : Hunghom
