ASST FINANCE MANAGER – garment manufacturer (Lai Chi Kok / 5 days)

THE COMPANY :

• Garment manufacturing and trading
• Guangdong factory : 2000 workers  
• Vietnam factory : 1000 workers  
• Main markets : US and European countries for international fashion brands, department stores, specialty stores and mail order companies  
• We are looking for ASST FINANCE MANAGER  – with details as follows :

 
THE JOB :

• Report to Group Financial Controller
• Work in Accounting & Finance Team
• Assist in preparation of routine/ad hoc financial reports and analysis
• Coordinate with other departments to conduct various financial analysis and business modeling to facilitate business review and decision-making
• Assist in budget and planning process
• Prepare budget and forecast reports to identify risks and improve efficiency
• Participate in system/process improvement projects and support continuous improvement through identifying and suggesting changes
• To provide financial information as required to other divisions / departments
• To coordinate with other divisions / departments on strengthening internal control systems
• Report to Finance Manager and assist on ad hoc duties
• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline;
• With 5 years or above accounting experience;
• Experience on accounting reports and financial analysis is a must;
• Responsible, self-initiative, well organized and detail-oriented with high level of accuracy;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Capability of managing multiple tasks;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Proficiency in MS office, especially Excel;
• Knowledge in accounting software/ERP, Kingdee would be an absolute advantage;
• Experience in garment or manufacturers is a plus
• No or very few trips is required
• 5 days work  
• 13 months salary + performance bonus
