  • We are looking for ASST HR & ADMIN MANAGER – with details as follows :
 
 
THE JOB :
  • Report to HR & Admin Director
  • Fully handle HR & admin duties of HK office
  • Lead a small HR team on full HR duties
  • Lead Admin team including receptionist, admin asst, drivers & OAs
  • Monitor and supervise general administrative activities. 
  • All round human resources services including manpower planning, recruitment and selection, employee relations, payroll process, staff retention and performance management
  • Review, formulate and implement HR policies
  • Regularly involve in HR projects like salary bench marking project
  • Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years human resources & office admin experience in sizable companies
  • Exposure in MNC environment preferred 
  • 5 days work
  • Annual leave : 14 days
  • Medical benefits
  • 13 months + performance bonus
  • Office location : TST East
