Description

  • Provide human resources account services for end-to-end employee life cycle in the areas of recruitment, C&B processing, staff cases, and exit management
  • Handle full spectrum of recruitment process including headcount approval, candidate screening, interview arrangement and coordination, salary bench-marking, offer approval and on-boarding arrangement
  • Assist in development and implementation of according to existing human resources policies & procedures
  • Assist to organize training & development activities
  • Administer compensation and benefit programs, including benefits enrolment, contract extension and approval, etc.
  • Assist in ad hoc event

Profile

  • Degree holder in HR or business-related disciplines
  • Minimum of 8 years of solid HR experience from sizable organizations
  • Understanding of general human resources policies, procedures, and Hong Kong employment law
  • Strong business acumen with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills with strategic mindset
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
