- We are looking for ASST OPERATION MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to Logistics Manager
- Lead logistics team of 7-8 members
- Responsible for overall supervision of shipping team
- Oversee and monitor inquiries from the Group's overseas sales companies
- Coordinate and follow up on all Stock order / deliveries to Hong Kong
- Work closely with warehouse / other departments to drive and implement operational processes and improve efficiencies
- Follow up cargoes damage / loss of deliveries, issue e claim note to insurance company / services providers.
- Review service provider performance for quarterly KPI
- Compose various reporting for cost saving strategy and risk monitoring;
- Factor risk identification and monitoring in new projects among Japan/HK/CHINA;
- Liaise with internal & external professionals on project needs
- Work with Regional manufacturing team on cargo planning and transport operation
- Tertiary education / Diploma holder
- Over 10 years logistics work experience
- Good knowledge in import and export for China market
- Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
