Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform food safety compliance assessment based on food standards or legal requirements
  • Perform process audit to do gap analysis of the audited organization between best practices
  • Perform food safety inspection per clients’ specified standard or checklist
  • Provide customized food safety management solution and training to clients
  • Prepare audit documentation like plan, records and reports following the instructions of different clients
  • Develop food safety audit checklist per clients’ requirements and relevant food standards and legal requirements
  • Develop technical proposal or pay visit to clients to support sales activity
  • Take project management function for food part like technical issues consulting, project quality monitoring, timing control etc.
  • Handle documentation and files of the assigned projects according to TUV procedure or policy

Job Requirements:

  • 5 years or above food industry work experience with sound food safety technical knowledge
  • Familiar with food safety standards and legal requirements, including food safety best practice and safety management standards like ISO22000, HACCP, FSSC 22000 or BRC, IFS standard requirements
  • With food safety supply-chain audit experience or food auditor qualification will be a priority
  • With project management experience will be a priority
  • Patient and careful with strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and Word
  • Willing to travel frequently
