Responsibilities:

  • Be the learning & development lead on training needs analysis, talent management initiatives and people development strategy
  • Manage the annual training calendars and curriculum, as well as the budget and costing
  • Lead talent development programs on talent discussion and review, skills gap analysis, and development program design
  • Liaise with senior management on identifying high-flyer and implement succession programs
  • Source external vendors and resources to ensure best learning solution is delivered
  • Support the staff engagement activities and people diversity programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder or above, preferably with relevant training certificates
  • A minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in talent management and learning & development
  • Successful track record on building talent management frameworks such as assessment tools, competency models, talent pipelines, etc.
  • Strategic mindset with effective interpersonal skills with stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Excellent command in written and verbal Chinese and English
