Description

  • Identify and proactively develop new and repeat business from existing and new corporate clients

  • Contact and maintain a sales network of Human Resource professionals within our prospective accounts to promote our services

  • Meet monthly call numbers and revenue targets as set by management

  • Work as part of a team to contribute to overall success

  • Provide corporate presentations, documents, proposal and manage expectations of clients

Profile

  • Degree holder in management/marketing

  • 1-2 years experience in Business Development a must, candidates with more working experience will be considered for a more senior position

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

  • Strong business acumen, determined and results-oriented mindset

  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese is mandatory

  • Ability to work and understand different cultures is a must

  • Overseas education is advantageous
