Requirements: 

1-5 years of IT working experience in application development/programming or application support
Preferred prior exposure in banking or financial sectors

Linux/AIX/Wintel platform supports skills
Practical shell scripting experience preferred but not mandatory
Skillful in validating, clarifying problems reported

Fluent in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is essential

Responsibilities:

'provide onsite L2 support during office hours and on-call L2 support during non office hours
Validating, clarifying problems
1. Independently carry out incident investigations, root cause analysis, preventive measures with internal and external teams
2. Preparation and Review of Incident/Management Report
3. Update and Communicate existing procedures & documents
4. On-duty standby support during non-office hours
