Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound calls in response to clients' enquiries and complaints
  • Delivering quality banking services in complaince with company's policy and regulations
  • Ad hoc duties

Requirements

  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in any fields
  • Proficiency in spoken English and Mandarin is an advantage but not a must
  • Strong in customer service and interpersonal skills
