Responsibilities

  • Assist in collateral admin including system input and preparation of monitoring reports
  • Assist in guarantor database and government guarantee fee monitoring process
  • Assist in developing new joiner to take up collateral admin process role
  • Act as a back-up when team member out of office
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Perform ad-hoc project as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 - 2 year experience in credit department or operation within a bank
  • With collateral admin related experience in bank
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English & Cantonese
  • Able to liaise with various Sales and other colleagues with positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Act as a team player. Desirable
  • Sound knowledge on commercial lending process
  • Good at Microsoft Excel
  • Highly numerate, good communication, interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with various business functions
  • Ability to work under pressure and work independently
  • A good team player
  • Willing to work overtime
