Intermediate level individual contributor responsible for the telephone-based follow-up of responses generated through various marketing, lead generation, targeted account lists and business development programs. Description

  • Achieve daily contact goals and monthly Qualified Sales Opportunity and Qualified Sales Meeting goals

  • Collaborate effectively with 'internal end client' - field sales representatives

  • Deliver key promotional messages to a sophisticated target audience, primarily through telephone contact in addition to emails

  • Manage large pipelines of prospective leads and contacts, and report on pipeline progress in review meetings with management

  • Maintain accurate records of all call activity in CRM system, Salesforce, and report call information, sales leads and customer profiles correctly and accurately in a timely manner

  • Work closely with the wider Sales & Service teams, and Product development to develop a better understanding of our target markets' needs, as well as key competitor strengths and weaknesses

  • Develop a high level of market, industry and role knowledge to enable peer-to-peer conversations and understand customer needs and requirements

  • Build rapport and relationships with internal and external customers through prompt, courteous, efficient and professional service

  • Nurturing to point of imminent opportunity

Profile

  • Fluent English (both verbal and written), Cantonese & Mandarin is a plus

  • Understand the business and culture in Australian Market

  • University degree preferable, but not required

  • Min. 1 - 3 years' experience in sales or within an inside sales or business development function

  • Experience interacting with consumers or business contacts in a professional setting

  • Solid assessment, judgement and decision-making ability, including the ability to apply systemic approach to problem solving and effectively use data and analytical tools

  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, including superior presentation skills

  • Strong initiative and excellent organizational skills

  • Ambitious with a desire to learn and grow and pursue a career in Sales
