Responsibilities

  • Support the bid & project activities throughout the bid and project lifecycle to the satisfaction of the different stakeholders.
  • Document bids and projects assumptions, to help set up internal service packages references and baselines.
  • Coordinate closely with Bids, Projects and PMO team to ensure satisfaction of latest company requirements and policies.
  • Define initial project baseline based on a viable solution and project structure regarding the customer requirements and company strategy/policy.
  • Creates and validates the bid/ solution based on the stakeholders’ commitment, by managing risks and opportunities of the future project.
  • Define major milestones for delivery and acceptance, consolidates costs and validates the whole project baseline for the bid with the Bid Manager.
  • Support the Project Manager for the following activities, to ensure proper transition from bid to project phase:
  • Establishes and updates project execution baseline (project structure, work package description, partners and supplier contractual data, management plans, costs, budgets and financial structure, resource schedule).
  • Support the project launch review and involves all stakeholders: project team, Management Plan and associated documents, industrial scenario, project charter, team charter, etc.
  • Support PM on project issues, e.g. workload, WBS, dashboard

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or above
  • Proven Service support knowledge and projects experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Commitment to deadlines, Bids/project schedules
  • Attention to details in preparation, and can present and summarise the main ideas in concise wordings
