The Job
- Clients: A Leading Main Contractor
- Position: Bid Manager (Hospital/Building Projects)
- Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the preparation of bids/tender process
- Work closely with Estimating/Pre-Contracts Manager in order to submit complete bids in accordance with client requirements
- Liaise with the Client on all matters regarding the bid to ensure the process goes smoothly
- Coordinate on the post bid submission processes and follow up on offers, post submission negotiations
- Review the documentations for the submission to ensure all information are clearly presented
- Salary: $50-70K, bonus, medical
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering related disciplines
- Minimum 8-10 years’ experience of bid management and bid co-ordination
- Proven success in winning bids/tenders for hospital/building projects
- Good command in English. Cantonese speaking is an added advantage
