Our Client, a well-established bank in Hong Kong, is now looking for suitable candidates to fit their post of Bills Checker
Responsibilities:
- Perform the checking of import and export transactions documents, e.g.: LC documents, OB Loans or Packing Loans
- Give guidance to processors in daily operations
- Ensure work output are following the guidelines and procedures of the bank
- Handle complaints and maintain good relationship with customers/ banks
- Ensure that transactions are handled in accordance with the practice
Requirements:
- Secondary education or attained the HKDSE
- Holder of CDCS will be an advantage
- At least 3 years’ experience in bills operations
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficient in MS Office applications
