Main Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach and motivate staff to achieve sales goals
  • Manage the boutique operations and communicate with brand management / HQ
  • Accountable for sales and profit development for the boutique
  • Ensure the delivery of high quality services and maintain brand image
  • Assist on in-store VIP events and develop good relationships with customers

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above, with Degree qualification is an advantage
  • At least 8 years’ experience with 3-4 years in supervisory level, preferably from luxury retail sector
  • Passionate in and familiar with the retail industry
  • Excellent people management skills is a must
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
  • Less experience will be considered as Supervisor
