Job Duties

  • Responsible for planning, implementation and evaluation of marketing strategies in order to drive market shares & achieve sales target for the brand
  • Provide marketing ideas, insights and analysis of the designated brands
  • Develop marketing strategies and effective brand programs of assigned brands to build brand awareness & preference, and drive sales & business profitability
  • Implement marketing campaigns & programs and product management of assigned brands
  • Develop marketing plan for assigned brands based on analysis of market, trade and consumer needs and resources capabilities
  • Evaluate brand performance and recommend / execute plans to achieve optimal results
  • Work with sales team and trade marketing team for marketing programs

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years related experience in product marketing, digital marketing and partnership collaboration
  • Experience in FMCG or beverage industries are preferred
  • Good team player, proactive with good passion and commitment
  • Creative, self-motivated, aggressive, energetic, well-organized, presentable, detail-minded, logical thinking and able to work independently
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
  • PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
