Key Responsibilities:

Brand Marketing:

  • Manage assigned brands within the context of the agreed strategies to generate consistent sales, market share and profit growth 
  • Develop, recommend and lead the execution of local marketing plans for assigned brands and manage the effective deployment of the marketing budget 
  • Implement tactical plan with regular review and evaluation in response to market dynamics, including advertising, media and promotions strategies and plans 
  • Develop brand's specific CRM programs to retain customers & expand customer base 
  • Initiate and manage market research projects to deliver powerful consumer and customer insights as the basis for long term brand growth and convert these insights into achievable plans

Business Management:

  • Cooperate with trade marketing, key account, and sales functions to identify trade needs/ opportunities, develop not only pricing but distribution strategies and trade promotions for assigned brands 
  • Align with KAM and coordinate with distributor's sales function, and operation unit to ensure excellent execution of sales activities in the market and smooth deployment of goods 
  • Work closely with enabling functions to plan and execute marketing initiatives in compliance of the company's and authorities' requirement 
  • Manage and maintain strong partnership with key stakeholders from head office and regional for product development, brand management and resources allocations

 Key tasks included but not limited to:

  • Brand planning
  • Budgeting with full P&L management
  • ATL planning & execution
  • Key creative & communication message development
  • Media buying, placement follow-up & evaluation
  • Digital marketing
  • PR planning & campaign execution
  • CRM management
  • Initiate market research
  • BTL planning & execution (work with Key Account, Distributor & Trade Channels)
  • Trade marketing support (Align with Key Account & Trade Marketing)

Requirement:

  • University graduate preferably in business related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of marketing and brand management experience in reputable FMCG Company, Consumer Healthcare, Personal Care or Pharmaceuticals Company
  • With previous exposure to Consumer Healthcare or OTC brands is a definite advantage
  • Strategic, strong analytical mind with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Independent yet a good team player, proactive, result-driven, flexible and fast-paced
  • Strong command in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate Brand Manager
