Founded in 1884, The Hong Kong Jockey Club is a world-class racing club that acts continuously for the betterment of our society. The Club has a unique integrated business model, comprising racing and racecourse entertainment, a membership club, responsible sports wagering and lottery, and charities and community contribution. Branding and Programme Support Manager

Our Branding and Programme Services Department is to build and protect the brand of the Hong Kong Jockey Club. Due to continuous business development and the growing importance of enhancing the brand values of the Club, the department is now seeking a high calibre to fill up the position of Branding and Programme Support Manager.


The Job
You will: 

  • develop brand engagement programs and branding events to support corporate campaign
  • assist in content development and design of customer journey to build the brand in strategic touch points
  • act as a coordinator between different business units, driving convergence towards company’s corporate brand platform
  • work with production partners and advertising/brand      agency to ensure the delivery of efficient and quality branding events or programmes towards campaign objectives
  • assist in developing strategic ideas and be able to covert concept into presentation for multi-level stakeholders


About You
You should have: 

  • a university degree with a minimum of 8 years relevant      experience in events, marketing, advertising, preferably in entertainment and/or in public sectors
  • track record in managing large scale projects that involve multiple stakeholders and internal / external parties
  • sound knowledge of marketing trend, customer behaviour, and execution in supporting business and enhancing brand relevance
  • experiences from advertising/event agency and with branding event/activity expertise are preferred
  • excellent communication and co-ordination skills to      manage different level of stakeholders
  • been an excellent all-round marketer, who is comfortable      with both digital and non-digital disciplines


Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
