Building & Maintenance Technician (Ref: JFL-BM-BMT)
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Responsible for routine and emergency maintenance of building services system
- Provide assistance in site supervision of maintenance work and office renovation work
- Responsible for the coordination work with contractor
- Procurement of material or spare parts
- Perform emergency call services including non-office hour
- Provide assistance in E&M maintenance work for other local SCMP properties.

- Certificate or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- 5 years in Engineering Field
- Holder of Grade A or B Certificate of Registered Electrical Worker
- Proficiency in PC applications, i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel
- Responsible, self-initiative and able to work independently

Work location will be at Tai Po office, shuttle bus service is provided.
