The Job:
The incumbent will be responsible for the coordination and inspection of building services work being carried out by domestic/nominated subcontractors.
The Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
- Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience, preferably in large-scale fit-out projects
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
