Department:Customer Feedback Management Department

 

In this position, you will:

  • To analyze customer feedback, study complaint data and generate reports on complaint trends as well as case details analysis
  • To find out root cause of complaint through investigation, coordinate with internal departments to propose resolution plan in order to reduce complaint ratio
  • To assist with system flow design and management
  • To understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders
  • To serve as a liaison between Operations and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations
  • To assist with test implementation 

 

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Tertiary educated or above, preferably in data analysis, statistics, commerce, market research or related disciplines
  • At least 3-5 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in customer data analysis fields or customer service
  • Familiar with data analysis and reporting with proficient skills in Data warehouse tools, MS Excel and Powerpoint
  • Knowledge of OLAP tools like SAS, COGNOS is preferable 
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and presentation skills, have good sense of quality customer service
  • Good language skills including English and Chinese, both spoken and written. Fluent Putonghua will be an advantage
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Feedback Analyst
