Human Resources

Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.
 
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Business Analyst, Human Resources. 
 
Principal responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of expertise in risk management and assist in ensuring effective and consistent implementation of risk and control strategies in HR function. 
  • Produce quality people metrics and analytics to meet internal customers’ needs and support the development of appropriate people strategies  
  • Support the financial analysis, planning and reporting of HR and assist in ensuring a cost efficient HR function
  • Assist in various HR transformation or change projects to drive process excellence and operational efficiency 
  • Maintain and monitor performance of HR systems and office automation applications.  Ensure adequate Business Contingency Plan (BCP) arrangements are in place
 

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, HR or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR risk management or service delivery or analytical roles, with solid experience in banking or large corporations an advantage
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, project management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated and attentive to details
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
  • Proficiency in Excel and Access
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
