The incumbent will be responsible for engaging the Group's business through digital means for creating awareness, improving communications, deepening understanding and increasing the satisfaction of IT functions and services across the Group.

 

Responsibilities

  • Formulate internal marketing strategies and implement promotion programs to promote IT department, IT functions and services to the Group business units
  • Establish awareness programs to draw user attention on specific topics
  • Prepare digital communication materials covering presentation slides, photos, video clips, animations, electronic newsletters, digital discussion forums, training materials, promotion pamphlets etc.
  • Analyze Group's user behaviour and engage them effectively through different digital channels
  • Define performance metrics, measure success through end-user and stakeholders' satisfaction surveys
  • Provide professional advices to improve application, user interface design, intranet layout and the format of user guide to improve user experience

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or other related disciplines with deep understanding on digital marketing trends and methods
  • Minimum 3-year of work experience in social media, digital marketing and electronic publication, e-learning, branding, customer services or public relations related industries
  • Good knowledge on customer experience and customer relationship management
  • Good knowledge on digital publication on internet, intranet, social media and mobile application
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Able to work with a diversified group of people with different culture
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Occasional travel to other locations (Asia and/or China) is required

 

We offer 5-day work week. Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
