Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform business analysis and research on various payment methods
  • Write business requirements for Product Development team and conduct User Acceptance Testing
  • Act as the key liaison between business users, internal departments and vendors
  • Coordinate internal resources, stakeholders and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Review, develop and streamline Operations procedures and workflows

Critical Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • At least 2 years of proven work experience in the payment services sector or solid business knowledge in electronic payment systems
  • Excellent negotiation and project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to travel when the need arises
