Job Responsibilities:

  • Liaises with stakeholders to review, analyse, and evaluate business systems and user needs
  • Conducts needs analysis, documents requirements, and revises existing system logic, business processes and workflows as necessary
  • Creates and updates system documentation
  • Manage internal stakeholders to drives SIT / UAT
  • Documents requirements, evaluates scenarios, and executes changes needed to respond to requirements
  • Identifies test scenarios, develops test scripts, and creates expected results for use in test cycles
  • Analyse test outcomes to ensure proper management and remediation of identified defects
  • Develop and generate campaign and sales reports
  • Perform ad hoc projects or tasks as assigned by management

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration or related discipline
  • 3 - 7 years working experience in Business Analysis in the Financial Services Sector, preferably in Insurance
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Able to work independently and with cross-function teams
  • Ability to deliver results in short timeframe and adaptable to changes
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
