The transformation team is currently looking for an independent Business Analyst with a strong skill sets in UAT and payroll operation team. The suitable candidate will gain a wild exposure on a global roll out project.

Client Details

Our client is a top tier Bank across Asia and have great reputation within the sector with strong portfolios. They have operations in all major cities, Hong Kong will be the second location for the global roll projects.

Description

  • Support the roll out of global systems in China as well as other Asia Pacific countries.

  • Identify payroll requirements which impact other systems and document the process for the BAU Change Forum

  • Assist the HK transformation change team in delivering major changes on global systems and processes in Asia to support the regulatory changes and business strategies.

  • Conduct business and gap analysis, user requirement gathering, and facilitate user acceptance test and impact analysis.

  • Analyze the root causes and resolve project risks and issues.

  • Work closely with regional and group risk stakeholders as well as the Asia's business to analyse and agree the risk system requirements.

  • To clearly define project & test plans, agreed by all key stakeholders; maintain a strong communication channel

  • Able to clearly defined Risks & Issue's with time-bound mitigation plans

Profile

  • Solid SAP experience, Peoplesoft is preferred
  • Proven experience in supporting the implementation of new payroll systems/process, with experience in Payroll 'UAT', Integration Acceptance Testing and Payroll Parallel Testing.

  • Previous role within a China Payroll Operational team.

  • Fluent in both English & Chinese.
  • Detailed knowledge of payroll systems (SAP EC-Payroll knowledge is an advantage), with the ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
