Job Description
- Understanding customer needs and do complete requirements gathering
- Prepare BRD (Business Requirement Document) and work with various teams within the organization to deliver customer requirements.
- Act as a SPOC(Single point of contact) for the client until the complete solution delivery is done
Requirements
- Proficient in use of MS Office products like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio.
- Excellent Communication Skills (written & verbal) in English and Cantonese
- Should be proficient in presentation skills to senior stakeholders.
- 4 + years of experience as BA.
- Core banking knowledge or background is preferred.
