What you’ll do?

  • Work with Supply Planning & Operations Director to drive commercial performance for travel product categories across regions
  • Lead initiatives and work with regional teams to drive travel product performance metrics such as conversions, inventory availability, cancellation privilege, instant confirmation etc
  • Collaborate with BD teams to align acquisition priorities and secure supplier privileges to improve product competitiveness
  • Work with marketing teams to drive tactical supplier-led campaigns as well as to develop long-term product mix strategies
  • Work with tech product team to improve user booking experiences and drive features to boost revenue performance

What you’ll need?

  • 4 - 8 years in strategy or growth operations in industries like travel, ecommerce, or tech startups
  • Strong analytical skills. Excel and SQL proficiency highly preferred
  • Track record of successfully driving cross departmental projects is preferred
  • Experience in travel products such as Attractions & Shows, Transportation (eg. airline, railway, private cars), Car Rental, Tours & Activities is a plus
  • Fluent in spoken and written English. Fluency in Chinese is a plus
  • Eager to work in small team and fast-paced environment
  • A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required
  • Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background and in different time zones
  • Bachelor's degree or above
