Job duties

  • Manage and support sales team to explore channels to drive sales and achieve target 
  • To pitch new business and manage contract renewal of existing corporate accounts for
    preventive health or related services.
  • Team coaching in sales skills and identify if any up-sell and cross-sale opportunities
  • To derive sales strategies on new products/services for direct corporate and intermediaries
    by various channels.
  • To build good rapport with clients and strengthening client relationship
  • To prepare regular report and presentation for management review
  •  Perform ah-hoc assignments and projects company assigned.

 Requirements

  • University degree in Business / Life Science or any health related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience with proven track record in achieving sales target.
  • Knowledge in clinical services and familiar with insurance industry are certainly an
    advantage.
  • Highly attention to detail & accuracy, excellent analytical and organization skills.
  • Result and customer service oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Self-driven with good organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Spoken Mandarin is
    desirable)
  • Independent, well-organized with excellent interpersonal skills

Candidate with profound background and experience will be considered as Manager position.
