The Job

  • To develop, grow, penetrate and facilitate the offset transfer initiative of the designated user accounts
  • To identify business opportunities & formulate account strategies/action plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets and business result
  • To provide professional advices on document solutions, prepare selling proposal, conduct product demonstration and presentation to executive level
  • To provide technical consultancy to all stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to new business model
  • To build long-term relationship with customers at all levels and assure high level of customer satisfaction

The Person

  • Higher Diploma holder or above in Business Administration, Information System, Media or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years' technical support experience in Documentation Management or Printing industry
  • Understand the workflow of publishing and possess technical knowledge in IT, data printing or solutions
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Self-motivated and good team player with strong communication skills
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
