Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver the sales and business development activities of the organization in APAC especially Philippines  
  • Develop new customers, further develop and identify new market opportunities and continued penetration of China markets
  • Cultivate relationships with partners for maximizing sales potential on various distribution platforms.
  • Build and lead a strong team to deliver tangible results in each of the above areas.  
  • Understand the market trend in APAC especially in Philippines and carry out excellent customers' relationship management to meet different markets' and customers' needs in a competitive approach
  • Prepare proposal and liaise contract with clients in order to meet their needs
  • Maintain long-term and harmonious relationship with clients by providing professional and comprehensive services

Requirements:

  • 7+ years experience of business development field in IT industry in Philippines market
  •  Degree or above
  • Demonstrate leadership skill and able to a lead team 
  • Energetic and self-motivated
  • Good communication and presentation skill
  • Fluent spoken and written Putonghua and English a must
