Saizeriya is one of the fastest growing restaurants in Hong Kong. Our chain in Hong Kong is established in 2008, but our history begins in 1967 with a 36-seat store in Ichikawa, Japan.

The support from our members, customers and partners led us to the highway of rapid growth. The 36-seater has become a global chain with over 1,350 stores while more than 350 stores located outside of Japan. (2018 data) You may find us in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Taiwan, Beijing, Singapore and of course, Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate in potential site searching and identifying for the expansion of chain store network
  • Work closely with the whole Saizeriya team to ensure the smooth opening of new restaurants
  • Coordinate site designing with proprietors
  • Structure and negotiate leasing terms and conditions
  • Rental renewals of existing restaurants

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any disciplines
  • 2-year working experience (Preferable in project coordinating or commercial leasing management)
  • Good English and Chinese verbal and writing skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Approachable social attitude
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Leasing Assistant
