Business Development Manager, Capital Markets

Do you have a passion for helping others solve their problems by providing them with a solution? I am on the lookout for an absolute hunter, someone who is target and revenue drive, has a track record of hitting targets, and better yet, over achieving targets. In addition, I am looking for an emotionally intelligent individual, someone who enjoys connecting with people, and possesses a "whatever-it-takes" mantra.

As Business Development Manager:

  • Work with senior-level decision makers at some of the most impressive Asset Management companies in APAC.

The Candidate:

  • Seek to develop sales and negotiation skills, while reaping the rewards for commercial success
  • Self confidence and ability to thrive in a sometimes-uncertain environment
  • Positive, and has can-do attitude, has a passion for making a tangible impact
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 2-4 year's work experience, preferably gained in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (sales experience is not essential) - more senior individuals will be considered for the manager position.
  • A deep-seated conviction to embark on a career in business, specifically within the business development realm
  • Strong academic credentials, and noteworthy extracurricular leadership
