Key elements of the job will involve:

  • Discovering and exploring opportunities, locating/proposing potential business deals (candidate with established network is in definite advantage) 
  • Reaching KPI targets for revenue generated and client communications activities
  • Performing presentations to corporate teams such as Finance and HR
  • Delivering excellent customer services to existing and new clients
  • Working as part of an ambitious, inclusive team

Desired skills and experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in corporate client development and management
  • Strong consultative sales, negotiation and influencing skills in a professional services or equivalent environment
  • Proven to be diligent, persistent and resilient in reaching out to new prospects and engaging with existing business partners
  • Very good oral and written, in both English and Chinese (fluent in Putonghua is an advantage) communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and a motivation for sales
  • Accounting background is an advantage but not a must
