The ideal candidate is someone who knows the ins and outs of programmatic and responsible for exploring new partnership opportunities, partnership management and develop strategic alignment to optimize the sustainability and profitability on our programmatic/network products. He/She knows the programmatic ecosystem and demonstrates as knowledge of Private Marketplace (PMP) and Programmatic platforms with his/her business acumen and extensive product knowledge.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify opportunities for potential publishers in line with our commercial growth strategy
  • Develop sales materials for new business presentations and proposals tailored to the business priorities of the company
  • Lead partners meetings and negotiations with the aim of securing partnership agreements and renewal
  • Recommend improvements to partnership sales collateral and offering to increase value to partners
  • Develop and manage the strategic and tactical partnership pipeline
  • Work with business development director to develop partnership strategic and manage sales tactics to enhance revenues
  • Actively engage in other duties, projects and opportunities assigned within the role.
  • Work with external media partners and internal technical team to ensure accurate platform implementation
  • Generate and manage monthly pay and spend reporting in coordination with finance team and partners
  • Participate in regular knowledge sharing sessions to share and learn new strategies and trends on programmatic

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience of active new business development with new partners OR managing publishers/platforms relationship
  • Experience engaging with internal and external teams and executives on business and technical topics
  • Problem-solving nature and deep curiosity to seeking for different potential partnership or exceed key performance indicators (KPI)
  • Comprehension of digital marketing metrics (Impressions, Clicks, Click-Through Rate, Conversions, CPM, CPC, ROI, CPI, CPA) is required
  • Participating in the development of long-term growth strategy for our PMP/Programmatic products
  • Experience in Gaming Industry is a plus
