The Business Development Manager will play an important role in establishing and maintaining excellent client relationship and banking & financial institutions network to provide training consultancy service through training needs identification and training & development solutions offering. He/she will also identify business opportunities and explore potential clients in order to achieve the target growth of the Institute.


Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain key client relationships with banks, financial institutions or any other key
  • stakeholders
  • Explore and meet potential clients through various channels to ensure a robust pipeline of
  • opportunities
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify suitable training & development solutions to clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and effective training service delivery
  • Conduct customer satisfaction survey and make recommendation for future business developments
  • Generate regular management information reports
  • Be familiar with current market conditions, identify new business trends and propose product
  • enhancement initiatives by conducting relevant market research and analysis
  • Supervise a small team to drive and implement the business development plan
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors or top management

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder or above
  • Experience gain from Banking & Finance or Training & Development industry
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience with 2 years in supervisory level
  • Holders of HKIB professional qualifications such as Certified Banker, CFMP, ARWP/CRWP, ACsP or AAMLP/CAMLP will be advantageous
  • Outstanding customer service and networking skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and a good team player
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Proficient in MS Office & Chinese word processing
